What exactly is a payday
advance?
A payday advance is a small unsecured loan,
usually for $50 to $600, which is designed to meet your financial needs until your next payday. Essentially, you
are making out a check for the advance amount, plus a fee, and this check will not be deposited by us until your
next pay day. A personal payday advance is a great way to get the money you need without waiting until pay
day.
What are the requirements for a payday
advance?
The minimum requirements for a payday advance
are:

must be at least 18 years of age.

Have full time employment (or other regular
source of income).

Have total income of at least $250
per week.

You must have an active open checking
account.

Currently we are only accepting applications
from Michigan residents.
Factors such as income, direct deposit of
your pay, past payday loan history and state of residence, may affect the approval of your payday advance. The
State of Michigan limits all residents to two open payday advances statewide at any one time and no more than
one open payday with any one licensee.
Will I go through a credit check for my payday
advance?
In most cases, the answer is
no. In some cases we may check a credit database to verify identity,
employment or address.
Do I need to fax documents to you?
Yes. Once you fill out the payday advance
application you will need to fax a copy of your last pay stub or other proof of income, your drivers’ license, a
voided check, along with a copy of your last bank statement.
Repeat payday advance customers in most
cases will not need to fax in documents. In some cases we may need to
re-verify income or bank statement and will ask for a specific document.
How long does the approval process take and when will I
receive the money?
Generally if all documents are in order the
approval decision for payday advances takes about 15-20 minutes (You will be notified via e-mail/fax/phone
call). The money from your payday advance will be directly deposited into your bank account the next available
business day.
- If you receive
your payday advance approval
before 5:30pm EST Monday-Friday your payday advance will be
available the next business day.
- If you receive
your payday advance approval after 5:30pm EST Monday-Friday your payday advance will be
available the second business day.
- Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not business days.
How do I pay back the money I borrowed on a online cash
advance loan?
Repayment of the payday advance will
normally be ACH’ed directly from your bank account on the due date of the loan, but you can always send us a
money order or certified check if you choose to: Super Cash Pay Day Advance, 1701 N Dort Hwy, Flint MI
48506. Money Order or Cashier's Check Payments must be received by your payday advance due date
to ensure proper payment.
Once I become a customer when can I receive another
payday advance?
Once your bank account has been debited you
will then become a payday advance customer. We will e-mail you a User Name and Password and then you just log
into our system and apply for an online payday advance with no faxing necessary. Your
online payday advance approval will take less than 15 minutes (by e-mail/fax/phone call) and
we will directly deposit the money for your payday advance into your bank account (available the next
business day).
Can I extend my payday advance and just pay the
interest fee?
The State of Michigan does not allow
extensions or renewals on payday loans. You may pay any amount down on your payday advance at any time to reduce
your total principal and interest. We are regulated by the State of Michigan.
What if I want to prepay my payday cash
advance?
You may prepay your payday advances with us
at any time prior to maturity without penalty. Send us a money order or certified check if you choose to: Super
Cash Pay Day Advance, 1701 N Dort Hwy, Flint MI 48506. Money Order or Cashier's Check Payments must be received
by your online cash advance due date to ensure payment in full by the contract maturity date
What if I cannot pay the payday advance back or my ACH
debit is declined?
Our payday advance collections department
will strive to make every effort to professionally handle each customer. Please refer to our return check policy
on your loan documents for payday advances or contact our office for more information.
What is the cost of a payday
advance?

details. We follow State guidelines and do not charge more than allowed by State law.
Is my application secure?
Yes, absolutely. The safety and security of
your personal information is very important to us. We utilize 128 bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to
protect your sensitive information.
Do I have the right to cancel my payday advance? (right to
rescind)
You have the right to rescind your payday
advance by 5:30pm the day following the disbursement date by authorizing us to debit your account for the amount
advanced to you. You may accomplish this by emailing us at sales@supercashpayday.com or by calling us at 1-888-5SUPER5 (1-888-578-7375) no later
than 5:30pm EST on the day following the funds disbursement date. If you have any questions relating to the
'rescission' option please contact us for further information at the e-mail or phone number provided
above.
What hours is your service available?
We accept applications
24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year, even holidays. The approval process occurs Monday through Saturday
between the hours of 10am
and 5:30 pm
